The opportunity

We are currently on the lookout for a Sr Mgr Finance. Reporting to the Site Finance Lead and forming part of the Finance Department, this role is on a full-time indefinite basis and is based at the TEVA site in Bulebel.

How you’ll spend your day

•Managing and supervising the Finance team in line with Group policies and applicable accounting standards

•Preparing and submitting timely monthly management accounts through the Group consolidation platform

•Supporting the preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecasts

•Overseeing monthly working capital management, analysing major variances

•Liaising with both internal and external auditors

•Support day‑to‑day finance operations and contribute to departmental projects aimed at continuous improvement

Your experience and qualifications

Skills: Ability to work with minimal supervision - Takes own initiative - Effective time‑management skills - Flexible and willing to work extended hours when needed to meet deadlines or complete critical tasks..

Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant – Hold or be in pursuit of a Master’s in Accountancy (MQF Level 7, ACCA or equivalent).

Experience: Strong working knowledge of SAP and Excel - A minimum of five years’ experience within a finance department is required.
