The opportunity

Join Actavis International Ltd. (PTC Malta – Quality Compliance) as a Quality Compliance Professional I and play a vital role in safeguarding pharmaceutical standards. This is your chance to contribute to a global leader while developing your career in quality assurance and compliance.

How you’ll spend your day

Support Responsible Persons (RPs) and Qualified Persons (QPs) in maintaining the Quality Management System.
Manage supplier and client approvals, licenses, and audits.
Oversee import shipments, toll manufactured batches, and serialization data uploads.
Investigate deviations, complaints, and temperature logger data to ensure compliance with GDP/GMP requirements.
Assist in audits, training new employees, and driving cross-departmental projects.

Your experience and qualifications

Minimum Diploma education or 5 years’ pharmaceutical industry experience.
Previous quality-related experience is an asset.
Fluent in English, with strong communication and IT skills.
Proactive, logical, and dynamic mindset with an outgoing personality.
