The opportunity

Join Actavis International Ltd. (PTC Malta – Quality Compliance) as a Quality Compliance Professional I and play a vital role in safeguarding pharmaceutical standards. This is your chance to contribute to a global leader while developing your career in quality assurance and compliance.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Support Responsible Persons (RPs) and Qualified Persons (QPs) in maintaining the Quality Management System.

  • Manage supplier and client approvals, licenses, and audits.

  • Oversee import shipments, toll manufactured batches, and serialization data uploads.

  • Investigate deviations, complaints, and temperature logger data to ensure compliance with GDP/GMP requirements.

  • Assist in audits, training new employees, and driving cross-departmental projects.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma education or 5 years’ pharmaceutical industry experience.

  • Previous quality-related experience is an asset.

  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and IT skills.

  • Proactive, logical, and dynamic mindset with an outgoing personality.
