The opportunity

We are currently on the lookout for Qualified Person [PTC]. The position is on a full-time (flexible) indefinite basis and is based in Luqa.

How you’ll spend your day

The Qualified Person will be responsible for the release of medicinal products. The products will be released in accordance with national legal requirements and relevant marketing authorisations. The Qualified Person is responsible to assist in ensuring that the Quality systems and the standards of Good Manufacturing Practice are maintained within the company at all times.

Your experience and qualifications

Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English. An English proficiency test may be required prior to assuming the role – Ability to work in a team environment - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills – Willing to travel – Computer literate (Microsoft Office).

Experience: Working experience with a manufacturer or importer of medicinal products in areas such as quality control, quality assurance, analysis, manufacture, wholesale dealing, import & export of pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications: Appointed and recognized as a Qualified Person by the Maltese and/or European Health Authority - Pharmacy graduates, approved by the Malta Medicines Authority who can also assume the duties of a Responsible Person within a medicinal wholesale dealing activity will be preferred.
