The opportunity

We are currently on the lookout for Planner Professional I. Forming part of the Planning Department you will be reporting to the Sr Mgr Planning. This position is on an a full-time indefinite period and is based in Bulebel

How you’ll spend your day

The selected candidate would form part of the Planning Department. This Department is responsible for all the scheduling activities and procurement / availability of direct material. As part of the Supply Chain division, the candidate will communicate with different departments to achieve key company targets for Customer Service, Inventory management, operation schedule adherence and new product launches. The main responsibilities will be validating the production plan, ensuring material availability before releasing production orders, aligning production targets with customers’ needs in collaboration with the production teams.

Your experience and qualifications

We would like to hear from pro-active and performance-driven individuals with a Diploma level of education together with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office. Holders of B. Sc. in Mathematics, Statistics & O.R. and possibly having MRP related experience will be preferred. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, work under pressure and own initiative without excessive supervision, exhibit drive, flexibility and commitment. A high level of written and oral English together with a strong sense of teamwork is required.
