Our Team, Your Impact

We are currently on the lookout for Packaging Operators. The position is on a full-time, indefinite 4-shift basis and is based in Bulebel.

This role reports to the Snr / Packaging Supervisor and forms part of the Packaging team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing assigned duties within the Packaging unit while achieving targets in terms of both quantity and quality.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Carry out assigned duties within the Packaging department in line with production plans
  • Achieve targets in terms of both quantity and quality without compromising safety or compliance
  • Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with GMP requirements and company procedures
  • Complete documentation accurately, in real time, and in compliance with GMP standards
  • Perform line clearance, cleaning, and verification activities as per SOPs
  • Conduct in-process controls and challenge tests as required by packaging documentation
  • Maintain equipment and workstations in a safe and proper condition
  • Identify and report deviations, faults, or abnormalities to the Supervisor/Shift Manager immediately
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment where required
  • Participate in problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement activities
  • Assist in SOP updates, training activities, and departmental projects
  • Work collaboratively within the team to improve overall performance, flexibility, and efficiency
  • Follow all EHS procedures and ensure correct use of PPE at all times
  • Undertake additional duties or training as required by the business

  • Good level of oral and written English
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
