How you’ll spend your day
As an HRBP, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture. You’ll support workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and compliance—ensuring our HR initiatives meet the unique demands of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and policy development.
Talent Management & Development
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit top talent in line with GMP standards.
- Support onboarding and training programs tailored to the pharma environment.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
- Promote feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement.
Performance Management
- Guide managers through performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Align performance goals with regulatory and business requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure HR practices comply with Maltese labour laws and EU GMP guidelines.
- Support audits and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Promote EHS compliance in line with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Your experience and qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- MQF Level 6 in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, including 1+ year in a business partner or generalist role ideally within Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Maltese labour laws and HR best practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
