Role Purpose: Responsible for performing maintenance and support to production assets, equipment or systems in aspects of reliability, availability and value preservation in order to support the goals of production.
Areas of Impact:
Production maintenance:  Responsible to perform end-to-end maintenance, repair and support of production assets, equipment or systems in the area of expertise, for achieving the equipment and system's reliability, availability and value preservation.
EHS&S and cGMP compliance: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures relating to the production assets, equipment and system maintenance, and comply with local/global requirements of Quality, EHS&S and Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
Supplier/Contractor Relationship: Communication and relationship with equipment suppliers and maintenance services as well as internal stakeholders when needed.
Documentation: Real-time documentation and reporting of all maintenance activities in according to rules and regulations.
Job aspects:
Responsible to provide technical support for the production assets, equipment and systems, by making sure that equipment and systems work properly and competently in accordance with their purpose.
Perform preventive actions: execute preventive actions and support more efficient processes of equipment, systems and assets. Routinely check and perform maintenance activities on systems and assets.
Comply with the most updated global/local work procedures, cGMP regulations and EHS&S regulations, including personal behavior regulations.
Document all activities in accordance with global/local and cGMP regulations.
Monitor and supervise external vendors' work quality. Accompany external contractors and make sure their behavior within the plant complies with rules and regulations.
When deviation occurs, report to Quality Assurance in a timely manner, as well as suggesting corrective actions and preventive actions for the future.
When deviation investigation is being performed, cooperate with the investigation, and suggest corrective actions if possible.
Participate in internal inspections, work with the inspectors and implement corrective actions.
