The opportunity

The Project Manager will coordinate and successfully implement major Value and Access related initiatives across EU Innovative Medicines. This includes organizing high-impact events, supporting leadership team operations, and driving capability-building programs in close collaboration with the EU IX Access team.

How you’ll spend your day

· Event Management:

Plan, organize, and execute major access events such as the Annual EU IX Access Meeting and Value and Access onboarding sessions.
Ensure seamless logistics, agenda development, and stakeholder engagement.

· Leadership Team Support:

Create agendas and maintain accurate meeting minutes for the EU IX Access Leadership Team.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up.

· Capability Building:

Coordinate implementation of the Access Capabilities Building Program across EU IX.
Support other strategic access projects as assigned.

· Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with EU IX Access team and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.

Your experience and qualifications

Proven experience in project management within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or market access.
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
In-depth knowledge of business processes and best practices; ability to solve complex problems using innovative solutions.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Fluent in English language
