Who we are
How you’ll spend your day
- Providing support in HR related matters to Teva employees based in North America via phone and ServiceNow application
- Entering and maintaining employees’ data in the Success Factors system (SAP)
- Providing administrative support in HR processes
- Preparing the HR reports and analysis
- Working closely with other departments
Your experience and qualifications
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English
- Spanish and/or French language proficiency can be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
- Experience of working in similar administrative jobs is desirable
- Willingness to work in an international environment with occasional afternoon work due to different time zones
- Customer and team oriented
