How you’ll spend your day
- Contribute to the functional strategic plan in support of TA and brand plans
- Prepare and deliver high-quality internal and external medical/scientific training as a subject matter expert
- Provide and oversee medical input for generics to global and regional cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Portfolio/Pipeline, R&D, Legal/IP, and Pharmacovigilance
- Lead the implementation of key strategic medical projects
- Collaborate closely with global, regional, and country medical colleagues to ensure strategic alignment and execution of medical plans
- Represent the medical function in global and regional projects and teams related to generics
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials, educational and training materials, and activities to ensure optimal use of data, scientific/medical accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide medical consultation during the development of external communication content
- Establish and maintain effective relationships within Medical Affairs
- Build strong partnerships with global and regional stakeholders to support business objectives and enhance scientific exchange
- Ensure compliance with medical governance and internal policies
Your experience and qualifications

Medical Degree (or related) or PhD

Minimum 6 years of scientific and medical experience in the pharmaceutical industry across diverse therapeutic areas

Fluent in business English, with strong communication, presentation, and scientific writing skills

Skilled in interpreting, synthesizing, and clearly presenting complex medical information

Highly organized and results-driven, with proven planning, time-management, and problem-solving abilities; adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Collaborative and independent, experienced in working across cross-functional teams and driving process/product improvements
- High level of personal integrity
