The opportunity

 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Digital Workplace Services to spearhead the transformation of our digital workplace services. This role will lead a team of highly skilled professionals and be responsible for the strategic direction, optimization, and continuous improvement of our modern workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital experiences.

 

How you’ll spend your day

 

Leadership & Strategy


•    Strategic development: Creating and implementing a strategic vision for workplace services, often involving digital and workforce transformation to align with organizational objectives.
•    Stakeholder management: Engaging with and managing senior stakeholders, clients, and various internal teams to ensure alignment, adoption, and resolve challenges.
•    Change leadership: Leading and guiding Workplace services team through the process of adopting new tools, processes, and ways of working, while focusing on people and culture.
•    Project and program management: Overseeing transformation programs from start to finish, which includes defining scope, managing resources, and ensuring delivery against commitments.
•    Process improvement: Driving continuous improvement by maintaining service integrity while implementing initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer/employee experience.
•    Technology advisory: Providing expert advice on technology solutions and digital workplace strategy to guide the implementation of new systems

 

Technology Ownership


•    Lead and continuously enhance the organization’s use of: 
o    Endpoint Management Solutions: Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune for Windows platforms, JAMF, and SOTI.
o    OneDrive for Business: Ensure secure file access and seamless collaboration.
o    Application Packaging & Imaging: Oversee processes for software deployment and patch management.
o    O365 Evergreen Management: Maintain and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment to stay current with updates.
o    Group Policy Objects (GPOs): Drive the design, implementation, and enterprise-wide optimization of Group Policy.

 

Governance & Reporting:


•    Establish robust governance frameworks for device management, policy enforcement, and software deployment to ensure compliance and consistency across the enterprise.
•    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs), delivering clear and actionable insights through regular reports to senior leadership.

 

Your experience and qualifications

 

•    Microsoft certifications
•    Experience in hybrid or cloud-first environments
•    Expertise in automation and scripting (PowerShell, SQL query)

•    Inspirational Leadership: You have a proven track record of building and guiding high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
•    Deep Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with enterprise endpoint management and modern workplace platforms, including Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM & Intune), Microsoft 365 suite with O365 Evergreen management, GPO management.
•    Strategic IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
•    Exceptional Communication & Influence: You excel at engaging stakeholders, presenting complex ideas clearly, and leading change across global teams.
