How you’ll spend your day
- Act as a Digital Operations, Corporate Affairs COE trusted advisor and go to source for all analytical and performance queries within corporate affairs
- Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data accuracy
- Analyze data to identify insights, trends, patterns, opportunities and highlight actions in order to improve results
- Support different partners on the development and implementation of data-driven decision making
- Generate actionable insights from stakeholders and their strategies
- Utilize Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on website, social media and internal platform performance metrics
- Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities based on data analysis
- Train colleagues on best practices
- Document processes, data sources, and methodologies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements
Your experience and qualifications
- University Degree: Business Administration, International Business, Management, Science, Computing or a related technical degree
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense)
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Proactive, organized and positive personality
