The opportunity
This individual will serve as Senior Analyst for the Teva Global Records & Information Management (RIM) Program. This role will support the governance, administration, and management of enterprise-wide RIM program components. Furthermore, the role will build strong cooperative partnerships within all areas of the business regarding records management. Additionally, this individual will support the administration and governance of RIM policies and procedures designed to facilitate efficient and effective full lifecycle management of records and other information. This role will report to the VP, Global Data Governance, Legal, Compliance & Ethics.
How you’ll spend your day
Primary responsibilities include:
- Enhance and develop controls in support of the Teva Global RIM Program
- Develop and maintain RIM related policies and procedures
- Retention Schedule management and maintenance
- Electronic Records Management
- Records Destruction support and expertise
- Maintain and deliver RIM Training Programs
- Business Unit RIM support and guidance
- RIM Program Monitoring
- Manage relationships with external vendors for offsite storage and digital archiving.
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in Library and Information Systems, Information Technology, Legal Studies, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. RIM qualifications a plus
- Proven experience in records and information management or related fields, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and credibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to work successfully and cooperatively with colleagues across multiple cultures and time-zones
- Proficiency in the English language is a must
