The Digital Workforce COE is embedded within DADAI — Teva’s enterprise delivery engine for digital, data, and AI solutions — and plays a central role in modernizing how work gets done.
As the digital COE, we own the lifecycle of digital workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and emerging GenAI capabilities. Our mission is to establish governance and operating models, deliver digital and AI literacy programs, provide solution accelerators and best practices, and drive adoption that results in meaningful productivity gains, improved decision making, and scalable innovation across

 

We are seeking a Product Manager for Copilot Studio & AI Agents to own the strategy, roadmap, and enterprise adoption of conversational AI and agent-based experiences built on Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader M365 ecosystem. This role focuses on AI‑powered productivity, automation, and decision support, enabling business teams to design, deploy, and scale copilots and agents safely and responsibly across the organization.

 

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the Copilot Studio and AI Agents product vision and roadmap
  • Identify high‑value AI use cases (e.g., knowledge assistants, workflow agents, employee support, insights copilots)
  • Align AI agent strategy with enterprise priorities such as productivity, scale, and responsible AI
  • Serve as the product owner for conversational AI capabilities

Platform Governance & Responsible AI

  • Define governance, guardrails, and operating model for Copilot Studio and agents, including:
    • Data access and grounding
    • Security, privacy, and compliance controls
    • Lifecycle management of agents
  • Partner closely with Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Architecture teams
  • Ensure all AI solutions align with Responsible AI principles

Demand Intake & Use Case Prioritization

  • Own intake and prioritization of Copilot and agent use cases
  • Assess feasibility, risk, and value of AI scenarios
  • Determine delivery approach (citizen dev, fusion teams, or central build)

Adoption & Enablement

  • Drive adoption of Copilot Studio through:
    • Enablement programs and playbooks
    • Best practices for prompt design and agent orchestration
    • Community of practice for AI builders
  • Work with Communications and Change teams to promote safe and impactful usage

Measurement & Value Realization

  • Define success metrics for AI agents, such as:
    • Productivity gains
    • Task deflection and automation
    • User satisfaction and adoption
  • Track value delivered and continuously optimize solutions

Your Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years in Product Management, Platform Management, or Digital Enablement
  • 3+ years working with conversational AI, copilots, or intelligent automation
  • Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio and the M365 ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of AI risk, governance, and compliance in enterprise settings
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Responsible AI frameworks
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI concepts and enterprise AI architectures
  • Experience enabling citizen developers or fusion teams
  • Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or AI (a plus)
