The opportunity
As a Procurement Manager, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives for a diverse range of indirect materials and services across Teva's European sites. Working within a dynamic procurement matrix organization, you will collaborate closely with Category Management and Sourcing Operations as part of the Regional Procurement Europe Team. In this role, you will drive commercial value through RFPs, eAuctions, and negotiations—covering both pricing and working capital—while ensuring security of supply that meets current and future business needs at a competitive total cost. You will operate in strict compliance with Teva's Global Procurement framework, aligning with policies, systems, and processes, and partnering with international stakeholders to deliver category strategies and functional solutions that support TEVA’s strategic and financial objectives. Key priorities include generating year-over-year savings, applying a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach, and achieving targeted working capital improvements such as optimized payment terms.
