The opportunity

The Microsoft 365 Enabler is responsible for overseeing Microsoft Evergreen changes and driving adoption of new ways of working using the tools that Microsoft 365 suite of tools and services enabled. You will act as the bridge between the business and IT, ensuring that the platform aligns with the organization's goals, needs, and culture. You will also work closely with other stakeholders, such as end users, champions, administrators, and vendors, to provide guidance, support, and feedback.

 

The Enabler position is a key role in ensuring that the organization leverages the full potential of the Microsoft 365 platform. You will be responsible for working with IT infrastructure to manage the platform's lifecycle from the user perspective, you will help move from adoption to optimization and help deliver a positive and productive employee experience. You will also be responsible for aligning the platform with the organization's strategy, culture, and values, and for ensuring that the platform is secure, compliant, and fits the Teva standards.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Managing the adoption and organizational change management aspects of the evergreen nature of the platform, ensuring that updates and new features are rolled out in a timely and effective manner, with minimal disruption and maximum value
  • Driving adoption and change management, promoting the benefits and best practices of using Microsoft 365, and providing training, coaching, and support to end users and champions
  • Working with technical, governance teams as well as security and compliance, to ensure that the platform adheres to the organization's policies, standards, and regulations, and that the data and information are protected and governed
  • Understand Demand management, ensuring that the needs and requirements of the organization are being met by the platform, and that the platform is not over- or under-utilized
  • Assist in building a roadmap for employee experience, identifying ways to improve the digital employee experience through the use of Microsoft 365 tools and services, and measuring the impact and outcomes
  • Managing performance and quality, monitoring and reporting on the availability, reliability, and usability of the platform, and resolving any issues or incidents
  • Managing relationships and partnerships, collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, such as IT, business units, vendors, and Microsoft, and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Your experience and qualifications

  • More than 3 years experience in managing evergreen and M365 related solutions for large enterprise
  • Knowledge of power apps is a plus
  • Background in a highly regulated environment
  • Tech savvy and people oriented - the perfect mix
  • Loves exploring and finding solutions
  • Great communication skills
