The opportunity

 

Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a key scientific and clinical expert, acting as a bridge between the pharmaceutical company and the medical community. This field-based role focuses on providing scientific support, building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions and ensuring the ethical and informed use of the company’s products.

How you’ll spend your day

 

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with KOLs and medical experts in the relevant therapeutic area.
  • Provide accurate, balanced, and up-to-date scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in and support medical education events, congresses, symposia, and workshops.
  • Identify and support scientific initiatives and clinical trials.
  • Gather and communicate medical insights and market feedback to internal teams.
  • Participation in the development of educational materials and the delivery of professional training for internal teams.
  • Coordination and management of clinical trials, advisory boards, and patient associations to evaluate therapeutic solutions and gather medical insights.
  • Monitor scientific and clinical developments in relevant therapeutic area.
  • Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and internal policies and procedures.

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • University degree in medicine, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or a related field (PhD or medical specialization is an advantage)
  • 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical practice (prior MSL experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data effectively
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and independence
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel and engage in field-based work
  • Category B driving license
