The opportunity

Marketing Automation Specialist will support tactical execution of multi-channel, digital marketing campaigns for Teva’s different markets using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The role also involves training end-users in the use of SFMC and providing consultancy as to what are the best practices in using the platform.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Creating targeted and personalized email and SMS customer journeys using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • HTML/CSS email template testing and optimization
  • Preparing dynamic content using SFMC in-built tools and the AMP script proprietary programming language
  • Managing customer data coming from multiple sources (e.g, CRM, CMS, ERP) via SQL in SFMC Automation Studio
  • Monitoring campaign effectiveness in line with the KPIs and preparing reports
  • Implementing Einstein AI into customer journeys
  • Proactively assessing and recommending best-practices to ensure standardization and efficiency across different markets
  • Analyzing possibilities for new solutions in scope of marketing automation (alone and in team) that align with the project scope
  • Providing SFMC platform training to the platform end-users
  • Working with different teams from IT and commercial business

Your experience and qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing with emphasis on email marketing and marketing automation
  • At least one year of experience of actively using a marketing automation tool (preferably SFMC)
  • Familiar with email templates, multi-step and multi-channel campaigns, data management strategies and insights, and other components of marketing automation
  • Familiar with SQL concepts; developing SQL queries for data management experience is preferred
  • Familiar with merge tags for dynamic content
  • Entry-level knowledge of HTML and CSS, including understanding how an email template is structured, what is ‘responsiveness’ and how to perform basic troubleshooting of HTML & CSS
  • Understanding basic programming concepts and logic
  • Strong teamwork-oriented mindset
  • At least B2 level of proficiency in English language, both in written and oral communication

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of AMPscript, JavaScript and other scripting languages
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certificate is a big plus
  • Experience in working in technical support
  • Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience
