Our Team, Your Impact

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to global Medical Affairs and R&D initiatives through the delivery of IT, data, and digital solutions in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The position involves close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to implement and support systems using modern technology platforms, including data analytics, AI -enabled solutions, and enterprise applications such as Veeva and Microsoft 365. Teva provides a collaborative, values -driven environment with opportunities for professional

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Lead and support IT and data initiatives for Medical Affairs and/or R&D
  • Plan and deliver projects within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • Perform business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation
  • Coordinate cross -functional global teams and external vendors
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, SDLC, validation, and regulatory requirements
  • Track delivery progress, manage risks and issues, and provide clear status updates
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and support knowledge management

Your Skills and Experience

• B.Sc. or equivalent in computer science, engineering, life sciences, or a related field
• Strong technical understanding of IT systems, data platforms, and digital solutions
• Experience supporting IT project management and global, cross -functional initiatives
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical, problem -solving mindset and quick learner
• Experience with enterprise tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, project and validation tools)
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix environment
• Fluency in English

Also Good to Have

• Experience in Medical Affairs and/or R&D environments
• Exposure to Veeva platforms, data analytics, AI -enabled solutions, or cloud technologies
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, validation, and quality frameworks

• Experience working with external vendors and system integrators
