Our Team, Your Impact

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to global Medical Affairs and R&D initiatives through the delivery of IT, data, and digital solutions in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The position involves close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to implement and support systems using modern technology platforms, including data analytics, AI -enabled solutions, and enterprise applications such as Veeva and Microsoft 365. How You’ll Spend Your Day

Lead and support IT and data initiatives for Medical Affairs and/or R&D
Plan and deliver projects within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
Perform business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation
Coordinate cross -functional global teams and external vendors
Ensure adherence to internal processes, SDLC, validation, and regulatory requirements
Track delivery progress, manage risks and issues, and provide clear status updates
Maintain appropriate documentation and support knowledge management

Your Skills and Experience

• B.Sc. or equivalent in computer science, engineering, life sciences, or a related field
• Strong technical understanding of IT systems, data platforms, and digital solutions
• Experience supporting IT project management and global, cross -functional initiatives
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical, problem -solving mindset and quick learner
• Experience with enterprise tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, project and validation tools)
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix environment
• Fluency in English

Also Good to Have

• Experience in Medical Affairs and/or R&D environments
• Exposure to Veeva platforms, data analytics, AI -enabled solutions, or cloud technologies
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, validation, and quality frameworks

• Experience working with external vendors and system integrators
