The opportunity

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal – Administrator to join our global legal department in Zagreb, Croatia. In this role, you will support our global legal team by managing contracts and legal documentation, with a strong requirement and focus on the German language. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.

How you’ll spend your day

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Contract Management: Assist with drafting and executing contracts with lower complexity, as well as generally manage contracting work—primarily in German, but in English as well.
  • Document & System Management: Maintain and organize legal documents using document repositories and contract lifecycle management systems. Ensure documents are properly archived and easily accessible. Assist in creating reports and conducting data analysis.
  • General support and assistance to legal counsels.

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Public Administration, Library and Information Systems, German Studies, Compliance or a related field.
  • Up to 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant, preferably in-house or at a law firm.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; strong proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
  • Ability to work successfully and cooperatively with colleagues across multiple cultures and time-zones
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
