The opportunity

The Business analyst will interact with stakeholders and be responsible for gathering business requirements, documenting business processes, and coming up with innovative solutions to meet and exceed business expectations in the realm of business analytics and reporting.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Meet with high level stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Performing requirements analysis
  • Documenting Business Processes
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Performing user acceptance testing
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

Your experience and qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BI/Multidimensional modeling and business analysis or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with Databricks, SAP Datasphere
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, SAP BI, etc.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with the English language
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects
