Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Delivery Technology Analyst in Digital Delivery group to join the Digital Delivery solution architecture team that helps TEVA successfully transform to digital various platforms and tools (Enterprise CMS…, ) based on the EPI server CMS platform, WordPress, SharePoint and more.


  • Analyzing user requirements and transform them to technical requirements
  • Participate in high level architecture design
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Understand and support high-level of the TEVA digital Core architecture and integration capabilities
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Finding performance bottlenecks in IT solutions and provide technical approach to fix them
  • Ensure sustainable, scalable, best practice solutions to meet and exceed customer needs
  • Remain current with leading-edge industry and technology drivers and innovations
  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 2+ Years of Proven experience in Customer-facing role, defining customer requirements and solutions implementation
  • Strong MS SQL and .NET skills 
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Strong analysis and technical skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven experience working in an agile development environment, sprint based
  • Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage your projects from concept to production
  • Must be able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end user documentation
  • Keen ability to quickly understand customer's processes and connect business requirements with the functional capabilities 
  • Must be well able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multi task, and quickly adapt to change
  • Must rely on project management experience and judgment to accomplish goals in a variety of tasks
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and able to read and write and converse in English
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Attention to detail
