The opportunity

 

We are seeking a Junior ESI Response Management Analyst to join our global team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those with up to three years of experience in IT, information systems, or related fields. You will play a critical role in supporting the collection and management of electronically stored information (ESI) for legal, compliance, and audit purposes. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, receive training in specialized tools and processes, and contribute to projects that have a meaningful impact. Due to the elevated permissions granted to these systems and the sensitive nature of the information they contain, this individual must maintain strict confidentiality, integrity, and sound professional judgment in all aspects of the role and must strictly follow Teva’s privacy policies and procedures.

How you’ll spend your day

 

  • Assist in collecting and preserving electronic information, supporting team members in managing projects.
  • Help team members maintain accurate records, including data collection and tracking, system data maps, and chain of custody documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with paralegals, in-house attorneys, and outside counsel to define ESI search requirements.
  • Coordinate with paralegals and eDiscovery vendors to set up workspaces for hosting, processing, and reviewing ESI data.
  • Support updates to policies and procedures, and explain ESI policies to internal audiences in Legal, Compliance, and other departments.
  • Act as a liaison between external eDiscovery vendors and internal business partners.
  • Provide ESI support to the Global Compliance/OBI and Global Audit teams, assisting with forensic investigations and analysis for internal investigations and audits.
  • Assist IT with forensic recovery of ESI data as needed, and coordinate with paralegal staff on litigation hold notices, when required.

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent coursework/certification).
  • Up to 3 years of experience in IT, information systems, or related fields. Recent graduates and those with internship or academic project experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of corporate network infrastructure and Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Training will be provided for specialized tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Strong desire to learn and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, global team.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines; ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across multiple cultures and time zones.
  • Proficiency in the English language is required.
