Job Description

  • Overall IT global tax accountability E2E.
  • Main IT Treasury Stakeholder Management (SHM) focal point to the business,
  • Business lead liaison – main touchpoint to address and pre-empt stakeholder needs:
  • Accountable for managing, planning and executing the IT Finance Global Functions strategy in alignment with the global IT and business strategy .
  • Ensure compliance of our solution with accounting and legal regulations,
  • Deliver IT projects and day to day IT services and activities in the respective area including:
    • Budget, resources, vendor management and execution in time and quality to meet the business needs.
  • Insure adherence and compliance to standardized methods, tools, procedures and policies established by the global IT and Finance.

Main Responsibilities

  • IT Finance Business Stakeholder Management for tax and transfer pricing domains
  • Improve E2E business processes, by advancing user productivity and efficiency in the following areas:
    • Transfer Pricing, Tax modelling, Indirect Tax determination and compliance, Direct Tax
    • Real-time tax reporting and Invoicing mandates + periodic reporting (eg SAF-T, electronic filing)
  • Proactively and frequently communicate with the business to build and maintain a solid working relationship
  • Understand and investigate technology trends in defined domains 
  • Lead Business requirements to plan and deliver on time and budget
  • Translate strategic business needs into practical solutions
  • Communicate IT activities down to the business organization
  • Serve as Tax business focal point towards other cross IT units

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in delivery FI/Tax projects in  SAP ECC or S4/HANA
  • Practical experience and detailed knowledge in at least one of following core Tax functions:
    • Transfer price, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Tax managerial reporting and compliance.
  • Tax business understanding, Knowledge of tax & transfer pricing domains
  • Experience in delivery/implementation of systems in the area of tax and/or transfer pricing.
  • Qualified CPA or bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Attention to Detail, Accuracy, Sense of Ethics, Analytical Thinking, Critical Thinking, Decision Making 
  • High learning curve for new Tax regulations and trends.
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and team work capabilities within the team and other cross units 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team with IT and Business partners.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment 
  • Project management of PMO skills
  • High English proficiency (written, verbal and presentation)
