The Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing the systems, tools, processes, and vendor partnerships that support our global talent acquisition function. This role ensures operational excellence, enabling the TA team to attract, hire, and onboard top talent efficiently and effectively across the organization.

How you’ll spend your day

 

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain global TA systems (ATS, CRM, and other tools), including user roles and permissions, workflows, data quality, audits, bug escalations, and enhancement requests
  • Process Optimization: Act as the go-to expert for resolving tool and process-related issues. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, lead implementation of enhancements and bring innovative solutions
  • Vendor Management: Support and manage relationships with global TA technology vendors (e.g., video interviewing, digital assessments), ensuring service quality and alignment with business needs
  • Global Collaboration: Partner closely with RPO teams and regional/global TA stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective operational support worldwide
  • Policy & Process Ownership: Serve as the point of contact for global TA policies and processes, including agency management, candidate travel reimbursements, and multi-location hiring coordination. Ensures processes governance and compliance
  • Project Leadership: Lead and support global and regional recruitment initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the TA function
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with IT and HR Process Solutions teams to streamline workflows, ensure compliance, and optimize the TA tech stack for a seamless candidate and recruiter experience

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR operations and HR systems administration in a global environment
  • Strong understanding of ATS/CRM platforms and TA technologies
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience working with RPOs and external vendors is a plus
  • Fluency in English
