Job Description

In this position you will be part of Corp Functions IT department that includes IT Stakeholders Managers that provide and deliver IT platforms and services to Finance, HR, Legal and other functions across Teva.

Digital Employee Experience (DEX) is an employee’s holistic experience with the digital workplace provided by IT. It is based on the performance of one’s devices, applications, networks, and end-user sentiment. DEX is a concept that extends beyond IT—it is a key component of the modern Employee Experience, and it relates closely to a company’s culture, Employee Engagement, Human Resources (HR), and ability to innovate. ​

 

Your role will be to improve the overall digital experience delivered by IT to Teva employees. In this role you will be responsible for designing, prioritizing, and maximizing the DEX efforts across IT.​ Your role will include working in alignment with defined program managers across all IT units to ensure the delivery of IT initiatives with a focus on DEX. Specifically, the role includes working closely with HR, Facilities and IT operations units like end user computing and workplace to design an IT DEX roadmap for the next 3 years and to execute and deliver upon our plans.

 

You will be the advocator for employees, you will represent and understand their needs and as such will need to take a journey design approach. You will help others take this approach as well and help to embed it into the IT ways of working.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments and plan, develop and implement a DEX strategy across IT
  • Lead E2E global DEX projects working with different partners within global IT and external vendors, according to business focuses and best practices 
  • Design and lead the implementation of DEX processes and tools, where applicable 
  • Work with the IT HQ unit to ensure awareness of the importance of DEX in the ways of working of IT
  • Use project management skills to ensure all details of the DEX programs are handled with quality and care
  • Monitor, measure and assess DEX activities for IT
  • Work with IT counterparts on CX, UI/ UX

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in executing successful digital user experience programs 
  • Knowledge and experience in design thinking and employee Journey Mapping processes
  • Led CX/ UI/ UX projects in a global environment – an advantage 
  • Understanding in Modern/ Digital Workplace, Future of work, Hybrid work strategies
  • Proven experience from a global company – an advantage 
  • IT background and knowledge
