We Are Teva
Our Team, Your Impact
The Associate Director, Global Source to Pay (S2P) Process Excellence Lead is the global process owner for Teva’s end‑to‑end Source to Pay (S2P) process, spanning Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
This role is accountable for defining, governing, and continuously improving the global S2P operating model, including process standards, controls, and governance mechanisms that determine how Procurement operates worldwide. The role ensures that S2P processes are standardized, compliant, scalable, digitally enabled, and consistently implemented across regions, sites, and shared services.
A core component of the role is leading process‑driven digital and AI‑enabled transformation across the S2P lifecycle. The role ensures that automation, advanced analytics, and AI capabilities are embedded into process design in a controlled, compliant, and value‑driven manner.
This position does not manage day‑to‑day procurement operations. Instead, it focuses on process ownership, design authority, governance, and continuous improvement, enabling effective execution while safeguarding compliance, auditability, and value delivery.
How You’ll Spend Your Day

Digital & AI‑Enabled Transformation
- Act as business design authority for S2P‑related digital and AI solutions (e.g., sourcing platforms, contract lifecycle management, P2P systems).
- Ensure digital and AI solutions align with global process standards and do not introduce local workarounds or control gaps.
- Partner with Procurement Systems & Solutions, IT, Data, and Analytics teams to identify, prioritize, and scale AI and automation use cases aligned with S2P objectives and value delivery.
- Support process‑driven system implementations and enhancements by translating business and compliance requirements into scalable process design.
Continuous Improvement & Standardization
- Identify structural inefficiencies, fragmentation, and control gaps across the S2P lifecycle and lead corrective design actions.
- Own and drive the global S2P continuous improvement and simplification roadmap, balancing efficiency, user experience, and control requirements.
