Our Team, Your Impact

The Digital Product Owner is part of the Modernization Team in Teva Global Operations, taking ownership for development, standardization and deployment of the TGO Digital Standard use cases (e.g. Digital Performance Management, Digital Deviation Management, ..)

 

Digital Product Owner would oversee the entire lifecycle of digital use case deployment at TGO, including ideation, design, proof of concept (MVP development), and pilot implementation and will support full-scale deployment across all sites and functions (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, quality). The position will act as a translator between the business and the technical teams, communicating needs and translating those needs into product features for the teams to design and roll out.

  • Prioritize digital use cases and coordinate implementation efforts to achieve high-quality and on-time delivery of use cases in collaboration with respective technical owners
  • Drive change management and communicate across all levels in collaboration with respective business owners

 

 

The position holder works with the relevant manufacturing sites and global disciplines in order to lead digital use case development and deployment. Standardization of methodologies is also part of the responsibility as well as supporting the digital Transformation in a global environment.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

 

  • Define the digital strategy in line with business strategy
  • Responsible for creating user specifications translating the business needs into IT requirements
  • Consolidate and maintain multi-year digital use case roadmap
  • Manage the product backlog for ongoing use cases
  • Provide operational and technical guidance to teams, managers, and field personnel on their projects and processes
  • Partner with the executive teams to identify key capabilities needed and identify potential issues
  • Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
  • Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
  • Identify and facilitate prioritization of digital use case needs, providing visibility to the rest of the team on the priority use case roadmap
  • Act as a PMO for the digital team facilitating collaboration and tracking advancement of data initiatives
  • Create the correct sense of urgency for delivery, map process flows and identify opportunities on how to eliminate points of failure, inefficiency and coach others
  • Foster understanding of the digital vision and conviction across organization
  • Develop skills through talent upgrading and continuous learning (data academy)
  • Evaluate opportunities to modernize business, operational and quality processes across the sites

Your Skills and Experience

  • B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or equivalent scientific degree. with demonstrated competence in statistics or B.Sc. in IT or similar with demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Fluent in English
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality, or similar industry, with 3+ years in management role would be preferred
  • Experience with development and implementation of AI solutions is preferred
  • Proven experience in data analytics
  • Moderate understanding of SAP
  • Experience in Industry 4.0 (e.g. IIoT solutions, data analytics) and driving digital transformation programs is a big plus
  • Ready to travel part of your working time
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations (GxP)
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
  • Passionate about solving complex business problems through digital solutions
  • Ability to translate business needs into data needs
  • Experience drafting data roadmap in alignment with business needs
  • Experience in cross-functional role and stakeholders management
  • Experience conducting change in large scale organizations
