The opportunity

The App Development Senior Professional, Identity & Access Management, will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT solutions to Teva business units. This role applies practical experience and working knowledge of industry-standard tools, methods, and techniques to design, code, test, document, and maintain the Oracle Identity Access Management suite. The position consists of approximately 85% configuration and system management and 15% development.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Ensure accurate provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement updates for all identity types (employees, contractors, service accounts, vendors, robots)
  • Manage exceptions, escalations, troubleshooting, and complex edge cases
  • Ensure adherence to SOX, GxP, and ISO 27001 controls across identity and access processes
  • Execute and improve periodic access certifications, SoD policies, privileged access attestations, and high-risk entitlement reviews
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize application integrations (AD, Azure AD/Entra, ServiceNow, SAP, HR systems, databases, custom apps)
  • Write and maintain connector logic, rules, mappings, provisioning scripts, JSON configs, REST API flows, and event-driven automation
  • Design and maintain roles, access bundles, policies, SoD rules, birthright access, and leaver controlsPerform role mining, entitlement rationalization, and toxic combination analysis
  • Oversee governance of privileged accounts, emergency access (break-glass), and high-risk entitlements
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment between HR, directories, IAM systems, and downstream applications
  • Lead improvements to increase automation, reduce manual effort, and eliminate operational friction
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation: integration guides, workflows, SOPs, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and operational procedures
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to Level 1/2 support teams
  • Participate in change management processes, CAB reviews, and release planning
  • Act as technical lead for IGA projects, platform enhancements, roadmap initiatives, and migrations

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Identity Management / Identity Governance and Administration (Saviynt, Oracle, SailPoint)
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Knowledge of: Azure, AWS, Linux, Windows OS
  • Scripting and automation experience: SQL queries, PowerShell, JSON, REST, SOAP, Java, JavaScript
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, GxP, ISO 27001 preferred)
  • Strong documentation skills (SOPs, workflows, diagrams, runbooks)
  • Fluent in English – reading, writing, and speaking
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from different disciplines and varying levels of technical expertise
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • High sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
  • Ability to collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and mentor junior analysts
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset and attention to data quality
