Job Description

As the Manufacturing Regional Business Owner you will be responsible for the implementation of TEVAs  Enterprise solution within the Manufacturing and Plant Maintenance area in TGO region. 
You will oversee and coordinate all  business activities within the project plan on designated sites in Europe. The Manufacturing Regional Business Owner will be fully aligned with the existing Global Template and its solutions for the manufacturing and plant maintenance areas, and will drive towards maximum alignment of the local implementation in their region to the Global Template.  You will lead the local business team in the delivery of all business activities during project execution, under the guidance and in close collaboration with functional global business owners.

 

Your major duties and responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead  the functional business processes implementation and go-live readiness  of all parallel implementations in the respective region in their relevant business area 
  • Work with  Global/Site program functions to ensure local  adherence to the global template 
  • Report to regional project management / global project management on implementation progress and deliverables
  • Escalate eventual resource or business process issues on sites to regional project management
  • Manage workshops according to the project plan, to evaluate adherence  to the global template/processes, identify local legal requirements, local change impacts and execute necessary local business process adaptations 
  • Manage  implementation tasks according to project plan and monitor progress including Trial Data Loads, Business Process Reviews, User Acceptance Testing, Day in a Life process confirmation  and Cut Over planning cross-functional in the region, with focus on centralizing parallel activities in regional hub approach across the sites 
  • Oversee the regional Change Management activities with focus on business process adaptations and orginizational changes
  • Ensure appropriate Business Reporting capabilities for his regional implementations
  • Work closely with global business owners to ensure efficient integration of business processes and data
  • Align all necessary project activities with the regional business project lead
  • Stabilize business processes during go-live and Hypercare across the sites
     

Location

The role can be hired in Poland, Bulgaria or Croatia. 

Your profile

Education and Knowledge Requirements

  • Bsc/Msc in an relevant field
  • Thorough understanding of relevant site processes in the relevant business area
  • Business transformation experience
  • Experienced with ERP project execution in pharmaceutical  environment
