Job Description

Under general direction, facilitates the reviews of customer and vendor business models and licenses.

  • Responsible for the maintenance and verification of customer and vendor licenses.
  • Provides internal and external customer support for Compliance related issues, including email communication, remedy opportunities, telephone conversation and face to face interactions.
  • Communicates to individual state board of pharmacies to obtain clarification and understanding of specific rules and regulations as well as customer verification.
  • Communicates to customers.
  • Verifies and loads all customer licenses, name, ship to and expiration dates.
  • Audits business records between trading partners and provides details on new or outstanding issues for all distribution centers. Provides reports and updates on inaccuracies and works with others on team to escalate and prioritize issues.
  • Files hard copy paperwork into appropriate file cabinets to obtain compliance with legal hold and appropriate record retention schedule.
  • Organizes and manages all soft copy records to obtain compliance with legal hold and appropriate record retention schedules.
  • Researches customers when a change of license occurs to validate the reasoning behind the business change.
  • Makes copies, files and ships critical documents to state board of pharmacies.
  • Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
  • Preforms other related duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with (1) year of experience: or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Minimum of (1) year of experience with an administrative, decision-making position.
  • Advanced skillset in utilizing a variety of application systems (TPS, Cognos, Excel, Microsoft Office)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Job requires a daily schedule of 11am- 7pm
