Job Description



The position is responsible for supporting the learning and development of the Anda Organization with an emphasis on the Sales Division. A solid understanding of pharmaceutical sales especially in the generic space is important. A positive attitude and open mindset with a passion for learning and development is critical.



  • Talent for creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
  • Ability to create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
  • Capable of publishing eLearning courses to a commercial LMS platform

Corporate Facilitation and Training

  • Proven experience facilitating at a corporate level
  • Ability to learn and facilitate material in a short timeframe
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Curriculum Development

  • Ability to proactively identify learning and development needs through assessment and analysis
  • Proven experience and understanding of effective training methodologies and tools
  • Experienced in developing instructor led curriculum, clinics, activity based learning, needs analysis, evaluation of metrics, certifications, eLearning, etc.
  • Possesses a learning mindset
  • Develops follow-up plans/measurement to reinforce learned materials and ensure successful implementation

Sales Effectiveness

  • Demonstrates expertise in collaborative sales and service functions
  • Collaborates with sales leadership to identify and assess coaching opportunities
  • Ability to analyze quality of calls and provide feedback
  • Demonstrates best practices in the sales process and business acumen
  • Creates and delivers continuing educational opportunities to sales representatives based on needs assessment and manager feedback

Training Project Management

  • Leads training projects from inception to completion; performs project management tasks
  • Maintains effective communication channel(s) throughout project lifespan
  • Ability to delegate project tasks to team members based on individual strengths, skills sets and experience
  • Ability to fulfill incoming training requests with short timelines, rapid design and development





Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years equivalent combination of education and, or work experience in a training role 


  • Microsoft Office(Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • CallMiner Experience preferred
