The opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Finance team as a Systems Admin for the Accounts Receivable department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and the expertise to manage and administer A/R cloud applications while supporting financial operations.
How you’ll spend your day
ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Application Management: Manage and maintain A/R cloud applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Billing Analyst: Collaborate with other teams to ensure billing accuracy (including generating and distributing of invoices to customers), and manage/resolve billing related issues.
• Business Support: Provide AR business support and troubleshooting for A/R applications and related software.
• Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within A/R applications, including regular audits and updates.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of A/R operations.
• Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis and reporting, leveraging A/R application data to support decision-making.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on A/R applications and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Finance teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of A/R applications.
Your experience and qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Experience/Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and application management, preferably within A/R.
• Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial principles, A/R processes, and accounting standards. Knowledge of SOX Controls.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
