The opportunity

The position is responsible for performing system analysis, identifying problems and solutions, providing project management, system design and implementation of all systems used by the AR team.

How you’ll spend your day

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

•    Analyze systems: Examine and evaluate current systems; Understand how systems work and what data they use 
•    Identify issues: Look for problems and potential issues in systems 
•    Design solutions: Create systems to address issues and improve processes 
•    Train users: Educate users on how to use new systems 
•    Manage projects: Oversee projects and ensure deadline and budget requirements are met
•    Implement: new systems and system changes 
•    Maintain systems: Ensure systems are running properly and perform maintenance 
•    Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with users and other stakeholders to define requirements and recommend actions 
•    Stay up-to-date with current technologies 
 

Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. 

Education/Certification/Experience:
•    Minimum of 3 years of system implementation experience
•    Hands on experience with software development and documentation
•    Experience with AR systems/applications
•    Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

•    Good problem solving and issue resolution capabilities, creativity, strong program management capabilities and business case analysis skills are also required 
•    Fact based, analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to thrive in data-driven, process-oriented environment
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills 
•    Excellent presentation skills
•    Proficiency in MS Office products
•    In depth knowledge of computer systems
•    Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms
•    Organizational skills
•    Attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Occasional:
•    Sitting for extended periods of time at work station or mobile equipment.

Visual Acuity:
•    Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

•    May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).
