Job Description

As the Senior Research Associate you will coordinate biologics analytical testing to support product characterization and process development studies. Utilize expertise and technical skills to resolve issues and contribute to CMC project deliverables. In addition, you will engage in inclusive/ diverse/ innovative/ creative culture in delivering business results.


In this role you will have the opportunity to conduct biologics analytical testing using chromatography and capillary separations technologies as well as perform analyses including, but not limited to, SEC, cIEF and cGE.


Other duties:

  • Operate and maintain equipment in a qualified state
  • Document experiments in electronic notebooks and technical protocols/reports to ensure data integrity
  • Contribute to projects in a highly collaborative and cross-functional CMC environment


What you will bring to the role:

  • Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of lab experience in biotech/biopharma or CRO industry. OR a Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of lab experience in biotech/biopharma or CRO industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in analytical method development using separations platforms and software packages. 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Separations experience with mAbs and fusion proteins
  • Analytical method qualification experience
