Job Description

CMC Site Administrator for the Learning Management System (TevaLMS) and CMC Biologics training program.  Provides administrative support for additional LMS systems utilized by the site.

File GMP-controlled documents in an organized and traceable manner.  Archive controlled documents as-needed to a third-party vendor in compliance with Teva's document retention standards.

Maintain site document/archival area in a neat and organized fashion for inspection readiness.

Provides support for regulatory inspections, CRO audits, and internal self-inspection audits.


Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree in applicable discipline and minimum 3 years' relevant experience (LMS and/or Archivist), or 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech CMC without a degree.
