Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with hands-on experience in anti-drug antibody (ADA) assays in support of immunogenicity assessment of biologics drug development.  You will be a member of Specialty Bioanalytics at our West Chester, PA site. This site plays a critical role in development of biological therapeutics from early stage research, IND enabling GLP studies, early to late phase clinical studies through BLA submission and post marketing support. 




  • Take the lead on ADA method development, validation, and sample analysis in support of preclinical and clinical immunogenicity assessment
  • Plan and conduct method validation and sample analysis in a regulated environment, including but not limited to planning assay runs in Watson LIMS, performing the assay, and data summary
  • Perform data analysis using Watson LIMS, data transfer, and preparation of assay validation report and sample analysis report
  • Provide scientific/technical solutions to difficult problems.  Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practical and implementable
  • Procure, inventory, and track assay reagents
  • Work in collaboration with sample management team to maintain sample chain of custody records




  • B.S. or M.S. in Immunology, Pharmacology, Biology, or a related field, with at least 6 years of bioanalytical (PK, ADA, or biomarker) experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or CRO industry.
  • Must have working knowledge of GLP, GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience on anti-drug antibody assays or bioanalytical assays are required. Previous experience of developing cell-based and ligand binding NAb assays are highly preferred.
  • Must be proficient in SoftMax Pro, Excel as well as a lab data management system, with strong preference for Watson LIMS.
  • The candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a diverse, fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task.
  • Good written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills are required. Strong presentation skills and report writing skills are highly preferred.
