HR Data Admin Co-Ordinator (12 month FTC)

We would like to invite applications for the role of HR Data Admin Co-Ordinator at our site in Waterford

The HR Data Admin Co-Ordinator role will be a temporary position and we are open to candidates interested in both part-time and full-time work. Working as a key part of the HR team supporting the Waterford site, the job focuses primarily on the collection, structuring, analysis, and reporting of data, and the co-ordination of HR tasks to agreed Customer Service levels and Compliance standards.

A Day in the Life of our HR Data Admin Co-Ordinator

  • Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customised HR reports.
  • Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analysing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
  • Deliver HR Tasks for Site Learning Management System (SAP LMS), including Employee maintenance, Hierarchy management, and profile assignment. Act as SAP Super user for LMS system.
  • Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes.
  • Partner with HR and Payroll for regular data requests / updates.
  • Liaise with HR Shared service hub for updates to HRIS.
  • Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and internal customer satisfaction e.g. SAP LMS; Trackwise, Glorya; Successfactors Employee Central, Org plus.
  • Optimising and implementing (new) data processes and systems as required.
  • Maintain HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Act as purchasing agent for HR function.
  • Assist in administration of Employee benefit schemes e.g. health insurance, Pension, and the Share Purchase scheme.

Who we are looking for

Are you….

  • Qualified in business administration or Business information systems; and have strong relevant experience in a HR environment.

Do you have….

  • Strong Knowledge of SAP Learning Management system or equivalent and its functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
  • Strong data and analytical skills. You enjoy working with numbers and bringing structure to complex data sheets!
  • Expert in MS Excel
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience with a range of technology solutions e.g. Sharepoint; Org Plus, Success factors Employee Central, Trackwise, Glorya.
