The opportunity
As part of Teva’s multi-year transformation initiative Project Nexus, we are establishing a new Gx-Bx Marketing Hub to support Teva Europe. Reporting into the Gx Franchise, the Director, Gx-Bx Marketing Hub Lead will shape and drive brand strategy, tactical marketing excellence, and lifecycle management across Teva’s generics and biosimilars portfolio. This role provides a unique opportunity to design scalable frameworks, harmonize marketing practices, and elevate local market execution into regional best practices. By leading the Hub team, you will play a central role in ensuring strategic alignment, portfolio growth, and commercial impact across diverse European markets.
How you’ll spend your day
- Build and lead the Gx-Bx Marketing Hub team, including recruiting, onboarding, and capability/professional development
- Work with local teams and coordinate with Business Engagement Managers (BEMs/market reps) to capture market tactical needs, address questions and ensure effective escalation and resolution through hubs
- Develop & provide standardized brand strategy frameworks, templates, and toolkits to local teams for deployment
- Collaborate with I&A hub to consolidate and analyze insights from markets and external data (e.g., IQVIA, benchmarks) to inform strategic and tactical planning
- Partner with CommOps to translate tactical plans into execution and support delivery of marketing activities that are aligned to brand strategy priorities
- Continuously develop Hub Service Catalog, to ensure services deliver of value requirements from the markets
- Deliver the annual marketing planning cycle for the hub, ensuring alignment with AOP and portfolio priorities
- Deliver tactical planning guidance and ensure effective adoption by local and regional teams
- Own hub-level capacity and demand planning, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and in-line with market priorities gathered by BEMs
- Oversee launch readiness and lifecycle transitions in coordination with Portfolio, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs
- Oversee tender frameworks, pricing governance, and contract management to support local negotiations
- Ensure governance, performance management, and reporting through KPI dashboards and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor and analyze the impact of KPIs related to brand and marketing activities, reporting back to markets and regional teams
- Act as the central coordination point across hubs, BEMs and business functions, ensuring alignment and decision-making
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 7-9 years of experience in strategic marketing, commercial excellence, or transformation roles in pharma/healthcare
- Experienced in leading and developing diverse teams, managing multiple workstreams across varied topics and priorities
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing frameworks, processes, or Hubs across multiple markets
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in GTN, pricing, and resource optimization
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed, multicultural environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate strategy into actionable plans
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
- Willingness to be based in Poland, with travel as required across Europe (10–20%)
