Our Team, Your Impact

The Associate Director for IT Commercial for Generics & OTC Marketing HUBs (Europe) serves as the primary IT business partner and is accountable for delivering cross-functional IT solutions that support Teva’s commercial strategy across both HUBs.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

 

  • Serve as the primary IT partner for Generics and OTC Marketing HUB stakeholders, ensuring alignment with EU Commercial IT strategy.
  • Lead demand intake, strategic prioritization, and alignment across business functions and IT teams.
  • Represent HUB needs in budget planning, governance forums, and roadmap definition activities.
  • Ensure availability, readiness, and delivery of IT applications and data capabilities supporting marketing, pricing, e-commerce, content, and analytics.
  • Manage HUB-specific IT budgets, ensure risk mitigation, and maintain transparency of delivery progress.
  • Identify, define, and document business requirements, including functional scope and process improvements for IT solutions.
  • Develop business requirements specifications, process diagrams, operation procedures, and end-user documentation.
  • Serve as Technical Owner for local/BU-specific applications, ensuring IT solution development and support.
  • Support data integration, system configuration, and technical documentation activities.
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and architecture impacts, ensuring appropriate mitigation planning.

Your Skills and Experience

 

  • University degree in Business, Digital, IT, or a comparable discipline; equivalent education or experience is a plus.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Commercial IT and/or Digital Marketing ecosystems
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery within a large FMCG/Pharma company.

Also Good to Have

 

  • Strong business acumen in Commercial, Marketing / Digital domains.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Technical understanding of application lifecycles, integrations, and data flows.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience managing delivery partners, and IT roadmap execution.
