The opportunity
Teva Pharmaceuticals is building a new Portfolio Hub in Warsaw and is seeking a Product Services Manager Team Leader to join our expanding team.
This single recruitment process covers two distinct positions, each belonging to a separate business area:
- Product Transfer Services Manager Team Leader
- Product Launch Services Manager Team Leader
Both roles share similar expectations, leadership scope, and required competence level. During the selection process, we will jointly determine which of the two areas best aligns with your experience and ambitions.
As a Product Launch-/Transfer-Services Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and standardized execution of local launch- or product transfer-tasks across countries. While the regional EU Portfolio Team defines strategy, timelines, and priorities, the Launch Services team takes over local operational activities in a centralized and harmonized manner. This role will be tasked with establishing this new team and relevant processes, acting as the bridge between regional strategy and local execution.

- Take over local operational tasks in a standardized, centralized set-up
- Align closely with the regional EU Portfolio Team on priorities and timelines
