The opportunity

 

Teva Pharmaceuticals is building a new Portfolio Hub in Warsaw and is seeking Product Launch Enablers and Product Transfer Enablers to join our expanding team within our Launch Excellence team.

As a Product Launch & Transfer Enabler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and timely execution of launch- and transfer-related activities across Teva’s European portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, coordinate key operational tasks, and support accurate documentation and reporting to enable successful product introduction and lifecycle transitions.

How you’ll spend your day

 

  • Initiate and coordinate SKU creation processes.
  • Support artwork preparation, updates, and data management.
  • Monitor supply-chain readiness during launch and switch periods.
  • Track launch and transfer milestones, proactively escalating issues where needed.
  • Apply harmonized templates, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal standards.

 

Depending on the final assignment (Launch or Transfer focus), you may work closely with markets, manufacturing sites, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and other global functions.

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in product launch or switch execution within the pharmaceutical.
  • Strong proficiency in structured reporting and documentation.
  • A high level of process discipline and compliance awareness.
  • Accuracy and reliability in data handling and tracking.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across markets and functions.
  • Strong organizational and data-management skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
