The opportunity
The Manager of Gx (Generics) Customer Insights & LCM (Lifecycle Management) will play a key role in Teva EU Gx Marketing Hub, driving data-driven insights and lifecycle optimization frameworks that empower local teams to make informed decisions. This role will provide standardized archetypes, templates, and strategic guidance to ensure consistency in customer understanding and lifecycle management/planning across markets. By consolidating insights and monitoring brand maturity, the role supports effective investment decisions, brand optimization, and alignment with regional strategic priorities.
How you’ll spend your day
- Build and maintain data-driven customer and patient archetypes for segmentation and targeting, leveraging market research and digital analytics
- Provide templates, frameworks, and guidance to local markets for consumer profiling and segmentation, ensuring consistency across markets
- Work with market and customer data sets (PowerBI, etc.)
- Collaborate with markets to consolidate country-level inputs into regional insights, validating archetypes with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support lifecycle management by delivering guidance on brand investment optimization, disinvestment, and reinvestment strategies
- Monitor brand performance and market trends to identify strategic inflection points across product maturity stages
- Maintain and update lifecycle planning frameworks as needed
- Partner with cross-functional hubs and teams (Access, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial) to align lifecycle planning with business priorities
- Work closely with CommOps and I&A hubs on insights data collection, analysis, customer profile development and lifecycle management
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors involved in customer insights and LCM processes, ensuring alignment with Hub governance and standards
- Build business cased based on your findings and have real impact on markets
- Contribute to best practice sharing and capability building in insights generation and lifecycle management across the region
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or Life Sciences; Master’s preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in Generics pharma marketing, insights, or lifecycle management, ideally across multiple markets
- Strong skills in data analysis, data science, segmentation, and digital behavior analytics; familiarity with AI/ML tools for persona generation a plus
- Proven ability to design and deliver strategic guidance and frameworks for customer insights or lifecycle optimization
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to ensure adoption of guidance across markets
- Proven ability to work independently with accountability, while managing upwards to engage the Gx Marketing Hub Lead at critical moments
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
