The opportunity

 

The Manager Contract & Pricing will support Teva Europe’s Gx-Bx (Generics and Biosimilar) Marketing Hub activities in this area, helping ensure consistent governance, processes, and guidance for tender excellence and competitive pricing across markets. Assisting in the support and coordination of contract and pricing within the Hub, this role works closely with the Insights & Analytics team and key European stakeholders, to apply and maintain standardized frameworks and tools across markets. By coordinating best practices and supporting alignment, the role contributes to improved bid success, pricing consistency, and commercial impact across Teva’s Gx portfolio.

How you’ll spend your day

 

  • Support the execution of all tender & pricing activities (e.g. international price referencing requests, tender price visibility database) within the Hub
  • Facilitate key engagement with the European teams on critical go/no-go decisions, by providing data and analysis to support local recommendations
  • Collaborate with Insights & Analytics Hub to integrate competitor, pricing, and market intelligence into contract and pricing materials
  • Ensure consistent use and proper application of Hub tools, trackers, and templates by local markets
  • Promote consistency of processes across markets, to help ensure tender submissions follow best practices and are well-documented
  • Gather and share insights from win/loss analysis and pricing trends are consolidated and shared
  • Identify and support opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen central coordination, and enable data-driven decision making across the region
  • Help coordinate external partners with external partners and vendors involved in contract and pricing processes, ensuring alignment with Hub governance and standards
  • Track, document and report on key KPIs to support performance management across contract and pricing processes

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing, tender management, commercial excellence, or related roles with team management experiences within pharmaceuticals or healthcare
  • Strong governance mindset with experience leading cross-country or regional tender/pricing processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work and assist in the coordination of analytics teams (e.g., Insights & Analytics) to embed insights into decision-making and guidance packs
  • Experience in assisting and coordinating regional stakeholders and guiding markets in complex, competitive tender environments
  •  Experience in managing teams, with ability to mentor and develop talent
  • Solid knowledge of GTN, pricing frameworks, and contract processes across EU markets  would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus

 

Willingness to be based in Poland with travel as required across Europe (10–20%)
