The opportunity

 

The Manager of Bx (Biosimilar) Brand Strategy & Planning will support Teva Europe’s biosimilars Marketing Hub activities, by coordinating  key brand strategy for biosimilars and planning processes for market execution. The role will assist in the development of brand activation plans, help prepare for upcoming Bx launches, and ensure consistent application of frameworks and tools. Working closely with the Regional & Global Biosimilar Leads and cross-functional teams, the role supports the implementation of brand plans, facilitates alignment across stakeholders, and helps track performance against key milestones.

By gathering insights, coordinating  cross-functional inputs, and championing best practices, the role ensures that biosimilar brands are positioned effectively, consistently, and in line with Teva’s overall strategy.

How you’ll spend your day

 

  • Support the European Regional Biosimilar Lead to define brand strategy scope, plan with associated tactics, product priorities, and market archetypes (e.g., physician-driven vs. tender-only)
  • Assist in organizing market archetype sessions with European stakeholders, ensuring local teams align tailored strategic approaches
  • Analyze primary and secondary market research and competitor insights, support in consolidating them into strategy guidance packs and templates for local market use
  • Manage distribution and usage of brand plan templates and governance standards, ensuring consistent adoption across markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Access, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial) to support robust brand plan development
  • Support efficient execution of marketing tactics and brand activation plans, collaborating with markets on deployment
  • Assist with launch planning and readiness activities, including KPI tracking and post-launch impact analysis
  • Work closely with CommOps and I&A hubs on developing, tracking and measurement of marketing tactics
  • Working closely with Hub lead on Bx marketing community of practice meetings to share learnings and best practices across EU markets
  • Support the consolidation of market brand plans into a regional overview for visibility and leadership decision-making (without authoring local plans) and collaborate with country Bx marketing teams as needed
  • Monitor and report on the impact of KPIs related to brand and marketing activities, reporting back to markets and regional teams
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors involved in tender and pricing processes, ensuring alignment with Hub governance and standards

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with strong exposure to biosimilars
  • Strong knowledge of payer, provider, and competitive dynamics shaping the biosimilars landscape
  • Proven ability to translate complex insights into clear brand strategy and actionable guidance for markets
  • Strong managerial experience and influencing skills in matrix environments, with ability to guide senior cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration (Access, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance)
  • Familiarity with Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to shape compelling brand narratives
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus

 

Willingness to be based in Poland with travel as required across Europe (10–20%)
