The opportunity
Teva Pharmaceuticals is building a new Portfolio Hub in Warsaw and is seeking Junior Manager Project & Portfolio Analyst to join our expanding team within our Portfolio Intelligence team. You will be a key force in shaping and strengthening our product portfolio. By turning data into insights, monitoring product performance, uncovering market trends, and evaluating competitor activity you empower fact‑based decisions and drive the launch of impactful projects. Your work directly fuels Teva’s competitiveness and helps us bring meaningful solutions to patients in Europe.
How you’ll spend your day
- Interact with a broad network of stakeholders across countries and functions
- Analyze the performance of key assets to guide smart portfolio decisions.
- Scan markets and trends to spot new opportunities early.
- Identify risks and opportunities and support strong business cases.
- Work with streamlined, harmonized tools and reporting standards.
- Turn insights into actionable, high‑impact projects.
- Support governance routines and ensure projects stay on track.
- Drive transformation and inspire cross‑functional collaboration.
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in insights, analytics, or competitive intelligence in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large, complex data sets.
- High accuracy and a structured, detail‑oriented working style.
- Experience managing and coordinating cross‑functional projects.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across markets and functions. - Experience supporting transformation and driving change.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
