The opportunity

 

At Teva, we’re building something bold — a new Consumer Healthcare Marketing Hub designed to accelerate growth, elevate commercial excellence, and spark innovation across Europe. As the EU Pricing, RTM  and Shopper Activation Manager, you’ll play a decisive role in shaping how our OTC brands compete, win, and grow across the region. You will define pricing strategies, build route-to-market models that unlock new channels such as Mass Retail, and champion best-in-class Point-of-Sale solutions that influence shoppers right at the shelf.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives where strategy meets commercial execution — a chance to guide pricing decisions, expand distribution horizons, and deliver shopper-centric solutions that drive real sell-out performance across diverse European markets.

How you’ll spend your day

 

  • Develop, roll out, and embed strategic pricing frameworks that guide smart, consistent decision-making across markets.
  • Conduct deep-dive pricing assessments and lead workshops with countries to identify opportunities and finalize recommendations.
  • Monitor pricing performance across EU markets and highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Design scalable tools, dashboards, and processes that enhance pricing accuracy and commercial impact.
  • Build route-to-market blueprints, identify potential partners, and support country teams through execution.
  • Create shopper-centric PoS strategies and brief agencies to deliver impactful trade marketing and in-store materials.
  • Lead capability-building initiatives as the global expert on Pricing and Route to Market, shaping training programs for the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, sales, and distributor teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Translate market, category, and shopper data into actionable insights that inform pricing and channel strategy.

 

Willingness to be based in Poland with travel as required across Europe (10–20%)

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in pricing, trade marketing, or distribution management within the EU.
  • Proven success leading pricing initiatives and building tools that scale across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in pricing analysis and commercial strategy.
  • Background in customer-facing roles and distributor management.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics/visualization tools.
  • Experience in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare, particularly in pricing, trade marketing, or commercial excellence.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling recommendations.
  • Fluent in English.
