EU Manager Media
Warsaw, Poland, 02-823
Who we are
Together, we’re on a mission to make good health more affordable and accessible, to help millions around the world enjoy healthier lives. It’s a mission that bonds our people across nearly 60 countries and a rich, diverse variety of nationalities and backgrounds. Working here means working with the world’s leading manufacturer of generic medicine, the 9th- largest global Consumer Healthcare player, and the proud producer of many of the products on the World Health Organization’s Essential Medicines List. Today, at least 200 million people around the world take one of our medicines every single day. An amazing number, but we’re always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with.
The opportunity
At Teva, we’re building something bold — a new Consumer Healthcare Marketing Hub designed to accelerate growth, elevate creative excellence, and reinvent how our brands show up across Europe. As EU Manager Media, you will be the driving force behind our media strategy, shaping how our OTC brands connect with consumers and win in an increasingly fragmented landscape.
You’ll develop EU-wide media frameworks, ensure best-in-class execution across channels, and strengthen our presence at every touchpoint — from digital platforms to mass retail environments. This is your opportunity to define how our brands communicate value, optimize investment, expand omnichannel reach, and create consumer-centric media solutions that truly influence decisions.
How you’ll spend your day
- Build and lead EU consumer media frameworks that drive consistent, insight-led decision-making across markets.
- Conduct consumer media diagnostics and audits, identifying opportunities and facilitating workshops with markets to shape strategic actions.
- Monitor consumer media effectiveness across Europe to ensure strong ROIs and continuous improvement in channel performance.
- Develop scalable media tools, planning templates, and dashboards to elevate media capability and execution.
- Guide omnichannel media strategies across digital, social, online video, offline channels, and upper/mid-funnel activations.
- Serve as the EU media subject-matter expert, building organizational capability through training, best practices, and thought leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, digital, e-commerce, and commercial teams to ensure fully integrated media planning and activation.
- Support retail media initiatives as a secondary focus — ensuring retailer platforms, shopper media, and POS align with broader consumer media strategy.
- Transform consumer, category, and channel data into actionable insights and clear media recommendations for the region.
