The opportunity
At Teva, we’re building something bold — a new EU Consumer Healthcare Marketing Hub designed to accelerate growth, unlock creativity, and redefine how our brands connect with consumers across Europe. As our EU Ecommerce Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in this transformation. You will shape our online strategy end-to-end, elevate how our products appear across Amazon, ePharmacy, and other EU marketplaces, and ensure our digital shelf becomes a true competitive advantage.

How you’ll spend your day
- Develop and execute the EU ecommerce strategy across key marketplaces (incl. Amazon) to drive market share, revenue, and profitable growth.
- Serve as the EU expert on ecommerce best practices, retail mechanics, and performance advertising.
- Create and optimize best-in-class product content — from imagery to video to descriptions — ensuring flawless execution for hero products.
- Design and deploy digital shelf strategies with key markets to boost visibility, conversion, and commercial performance.
- Lead identification, rollout, and adoption of a digital shelf management tool to elevate execution across Europe.
- Track and analyze digital shelf KPIs (search ranking, content health), issuing clear improvement actions to local markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams, local OTC teams, agencies, and data partners to deliver high-impact ecommerce content.
- Act as a global subject matter expert, developing training programs and capability-building initiatives that upskill the organization.
- Champion scalable ecommerce frameworks and processes that enhance consistency, efficiency, and commercial impact.
Willingness to be based in Poland with travel as required across Europe (10–20%)
Your experience and qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in commercial roles, with strong ecommerce, digital shelf, or shopper marketing experience in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare.
- Proven success building relationships with key accounts; experience with Amazon or regional ecommerce customers is a plus.
- Ability to design scalable frameworks, tools, and processes that elevate performance across markets.
- Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, skilled at turning complex data into actionable plans.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving change in matrixed, multicultural environments.
- High business acumen and strong influencing skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across regions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, translating complexity into clarity and impact.
- Fluent in English.
