The opportunity
At Teva, we’re building something bold — a new OTC Marketing Hub designed to accelerate growth, spark creativity, and shape the future of consumer health across Europe. As the EU Brand Manager Sudocrem, you will play a pivotal role in defining the next chapter of one of the region’s most iconic skincare brands. You’ll drive brand modernization, accelerate growth, and help Sudocrem resonate with new generations of consumers across diverse cultural landscapes.
This is a unique opportunity to champion brand consistency, lead impactful cross-market launches, and bring insight-driven, creative campaigns to life. Operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration, you’ll partner closely with global and local teams — making a meaningful impact on a brand trusted by millions.
How you’ll spend your day
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EU markets, ensuring brand alignment with global strategy and managing cross-market requests.
- Identify growth opportunities and emerging demand spaces to support ambitious market goals.
- Co-develop and adapt Master Assets for all channels, ensuring strong implementation across online and offline media.
- Build toolkits and POSM guidelines that empower markets to deliver consistent, high-quality activations.
- Drive e-commerce asset development tailored to platform requirements and digital consumer journeys.
- Partner with media teams to ensure effective campaign execution and share best practices to strengthen regional performance.
- Adapt global strategies and communications to local insights and regulatory needs when entering new European markets.
- Support regional innovation and renovation initiatives, co-developing assets and launch materials for new products.
- Collaborate closely with global brand teams to ensure seamless adaptation and rollout of assets for new launches.
Willingness to be based in Poland with travel as required across Europe (10–20%)
Your experience and qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong Brand Management background in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare, ideally 5–7 years with multi-market or global experience.
- Proven track record leading cross-market communication projects from concept to launch.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse teams and senior functions.
- Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling capabilities tailored to different audiences.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, able to translate complex insights into actionable brand plans.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong focus on high-quality execution.
- Comfortable navigating dynamic, complex environments with agility and creative problem-solving.
- Fluent in English.
